Honestly OCP, I'm not sure if it's an abbreviated list or not. I can only speak from what I've seen before, and that is that several candidates that didn't get the offer have re-interviewed and been hired on round II.
People are thinking this is an easy interview because there is no sim or physical. In reality, the acceptance rate is LESS than 50% at the moment. I heard through the grapevine that its taking nearly 50 interviews to fill a class of 20 pilots. I have no idea what they are looking for- quite a few good friends that got the bad news, but hopefully they get another shot soon! The reality is the interview is very tough, and it will wring you out, mentally.

If you want to do that I wouldn't do it by email. Send an actual thank you note. An email is not much effort and might end up in a junk mail box but a note in my opinion would stand out.

Anyone have a name/address for that? I don't have anything on anything I was sent from them.
