US Airways Calls

It has been a few weeks now but I got the "no." I recommend interview prep. It was a learning experience and I will take it to my (hopefully) United interview.

Don't have any specific info, but usually they call people about 5 weeks prior to a class date and to give them the job offer. So they may have already filled the December class. Last bid called for 49 new hires for January and February.

Oh man, I'm sorry to hear that. How did you think you did during the interview? And how soon after the interview did you find out?

I got a call for a November interview...I reluctantly had to tell the gentleman that the date they wanted to interview me fell in the middle of the second week of my upgrade ground class. I offered to do it earlier or later, and he said that he would call me back for a December interview. Am I hosed??

I had begged, but my former airline, but they wouldn't move my AQP around or let me trade with another pilot (I was on reserve, that employer didn't care much about reserve pilots), and I didn't want to call in sick at one place to interview at next. So I had to ask to push it back.
Good Luck! They will follow up sooner or later....
