If you fly a plane that may be scheduled for three pilots (including the AB320) then Cpts and FOs must maintain a 1st class every 6 months, except FOs under 40 just once a year. If on the 737 or the E190 the FOs can get their 1st class once a year.

So US Airways is a tease I think... Just got another email invite today to apply again (I had already done the Sept app anyway). I got the 24 May apply again email invite with the subsequent 24 July "keep warm" review email. So far 3 apps in... Looks like the first two are dead now (Feb & May) because there is no withdraw from consideration button next to the apps anymore although they do still say "under review." You would think a system where 1 app is in would make more sense... Anyone else seeing similar data? Not trying to complain about not getting an interview call (I'd love one) but trying to get back to info sharing...

Applied on the previous two openings with no responses, never even got the TBNT emails. Got the invite email today like you but had already applied for the latest opening. Got all excited when I saw the email in my inbox...oh well...

I got the same email, but I got the TBNT email in July. I wonder what changed?

Applied for the sept opening today, got the email tonight, (yep thought I was a big baller and got an interview less than 10 hours of applying) realized it was just another "invite to apply" for the new app opening.. I've applied to every other opening, only got the TBNT email once- about a year ago. A very frustrating, yet, stringing one along process.

Has anyone been able to figure out what app window they are currently calling from? I have 7 total that I have applied for, the last two say under review with an application invite and then this current one from last week that just says under review. When do the keep warm links usually start popping up after the window is open?

It took 2 months for me the last time... From App invite to keep warm email and status on the app... much ado about nothing... I think the key is to apply and forget about it.... Then one day they'll call and you'll go "really? Oh yeah I have an app on file... Um I already got hired with American"
