I added them to the end of my resume, so the first page was the resume and subsequent pages were the LORs. Convert it to a PDF so it's just one file and attach. That said, I have yet to get the call, so YMMV.

Did you ever get the email with the link or did it take you to the page to fill in the work history?
I'm in the same boat and the only thing I got was an automated email. At the end of the app it had a box that asked if my information was the same. I clicked yes but never actually saw any of the info.
