I seriously think I might quit even trying to apply. When I click on the Flight Operations Positions link...it usually shows this:

Or sometimes it shows this if I try to refresh the page or click on returning candidate.

The MESSAGE FROM WEBPAGE "Your session has timed out, you will have to start the application again"

A few minutes ago the FO position would pop up on the Flight Ops page, but if I clicked on it I got the session timed out message. If I refreshed it some times there was an ETL position that would show up or it would show the nothing found posted above.

To me this seems like complete incompetence...the selection process seems flawed, the website is crap and I've even tried to use their Live Look Co-browse function so maybe someone can help me out if it's just a setting in my computer but of course it doesn't work either. As Mickey Mouse as this whole thing is, if this is the system they are using to select folks from there's no doubt as to why it's so messed up.

Yes, tailwinds and blue skies for now, but ominous thunderheads on the horizon. It's easy to think you're invincible when you're in that realm. Looking at the industry, there's a high probability he'll sooner or later either have to start over somewhere else or agree to drastic pay cuts, explosive insurance increases, draconian scheduling and few new-hires to staff the airline, thus hideous staffing (making him WANT to start over somewhere else).

My advice for him is, if he's going to live for the present, enjoy it while you can, because all indications (and I mean ALL) point toward major sacrifice and upheaval in his future. I predict he'll be on his knees within 3 years.

It disappeared earlier today and then popped up again, not sure what is going on but I was able to submit a new application.

Original position was posted sometime yesterday and it disappeared around noon today for less than an hour. It was reposted today under a different acquisition number, but that posting was also removed after a very short amount of time. As of now, there is nothing.

I'm sure that somebody figured out how messed up the questions were and they took down the posting in an attempt to fix them. It will probably be reposted within the next few days and the questions will be just as confusing as ever.
