Calls went out today to fill September classes.
My friend interviewed in May. Got the call for a September 16th class.

Which Sept class? Thought late June people were called for August class. Weird.

I think that applies only to PSA/PDT. Otherwise it's May--->Sept.

I used .3 per sortie. Interviewed in May, start class 19 Aug.

Thanks- what were your stats if you dont mind? Did you just choose .3 per sortie or were you told that or did you see that written anywhere? Obviuosly it worked for you!

Curious, my May app still says "under review"...no reject but no change. Good sign/bad sign? Does this mean mine still hasn't been looked at? Thanks

I talked the the US Air folks at OBAP last week. They admitted they had the most jacked up application portal/process of anyone. According to the HR person I spoke with, they are 3 application windows "behind". The people getting calls/interviews now are from Apps submitted 11 months ago. Obviously there are exceptions, but the word they were giving out is it takes 3 application submitals before you are selected for an interview. "Under review" means you are still in the running, but don't expect a call anytime soon.

A lot of airline guys (SWA, Jetblue, Delta, United) at my reserve unit told me it was standard (except for FedEx which is .2 per sortie). If I had kept my own logbook, it would have been more than that with start/taxi/pit-n-gos etc. Took me 13 years of mostly 0.9s in a fighter to get these stats, so I needed all the help I could get.
