You're right, there is a sub forum so why not take the bs there and leave this one to the guys that are wondering about the hiring. You are west, they aren't going there anytime soon.
I've heard about the new hire class being canceled. I have a friend that is a check airman and he is going to try and get the scoop on it this week and will pass it on. I have another friend that knows about the bids, so will check with him on that.

Please pay attention—Save dave has "three years of bidding seniority on the East List." Which means he could bid Captain if he wanted.
He could be in upgrade training right now for all I know.

Then why doesn't he, or you, bid it? Because you can't, because the TA was never completed. That was a requirement of using the Nic. We all agreed to amend the TA in a way that it will never be completed. Now, come 9/24 Judge Silver may say that was illegal and change it all, but as of today you and SD have what your west seniority will buy you.

No we are not saying the same thing. Save Dave has much more than 3 year seniority at usairways, now that we have a single contract save Dave has the right to the Nicolau award at Por.
