Great program, about as close to word as you can get...

You can also type letters into the word or .pdf yourself and only have the jpeg for the signature. Once you combine it into a word or pdf file its very portable and attachable for other applications too.

Who knows...I've got a Masters degree, mil flight examiner, recent qual course graduate and a number of other quals (former chief of safety) yet not a peep from them. Like others have said, check as many boxes as you can and wait for the lottery drawing...

Yes, I haven't heard of anyone who has been hired without a degree. It doesn't mean they haven't hired anyone without a degree but the overwhelming majority have one.

Has anyone who interviewed recently heard anything? Do they do the background check first, then make a decision? Appreciate the information.

No. Theres usually a 4-6 week lead time between the job offer and your class date. During that time you'll fill out the pre employment paperwork/drug test. Thats when they do the background check
