US Airways Calls

Not really. Was a meat factory. Took your name and email, a brief chat with a pilot and thats about it. Its a very automated system, lots of random luck involved is what i got out of it. Spirit seemed genuinly nice and activly looking to talk to guys.

I had a really good experience. I was there for US Air only and I was one of the first ones to go through. I was able to talk to the HR staff and the recruiters. The recruiter I spoke with, Andrea, was very professional and informative. They had a positive outlook for hiring and answered all the questions I had. Basically much of the same stuff that has been posted here. Getting the phone call is nothing but a lottery, and preparing for the interview is an ongoing ordeal. Prepare stories and scenarios.
This job fair was a great improvement over the FAPA job fair in Vegas. Nobody really hurried me along. At least this was my experience. I spent about $250 to get this done and I actually got my money's worth out of this job fair. Not going to do a FAPA job fair again.
