US Airways Calls

Don't think this is correct.

When I think a Corporate Operator I think of Disney, Sherwin-Williams, Ford, etc. who operate a fleet of corporate jets.
You could say they meant a corporation who operates jets under part 121/91. If this is what they meant they should have just left out the word corporate and went with 121/91 operator. It’s a very poorly worded question and because it shifts gears at this very point into corporate 135/91 operation questions it leads me to believe they mean non-airline.

I screwed up on that question as well. When one mentions corporate it does not mean scheduled air carrier. I marked no, but all my other info shows my 6+ years at a regional. I do have 5 years in corporate flying and I hope they don't pool it all together because of this question.

This is the answer I got from an inside source. I agree that it is poorly worded, but the all business qualifies corporate as a big business, not a scheduled or non scheduled air carrier. This application was not written like pilots, that much is obvious. It was written by businessmen and women who were given criteria. They ask for corporate time, but not scheduled air carrier time thereafter. USAirways is not looking solely for citation pilots.

I did my app in the first part of February. It still says under review, but the "View the Directions" has disappeared. I remember some people talking about that happening on here a while back. My buddy that is around my seniority just got called, and he applied about the same time I did. Am I right to assume that I would be getting called pretty soon?

When you clicked on the link, it took you to another page that said a Senior Recruiter was reviewing the app. So far I haven't heard anything.
You're right. Some guys have said this is the precursor to getting a call, some guys have said it doesn't mean anything and is an internal glitch in the Matrix.
