US Airways Calls

Ahh, sorry about that. Well either way there is an Oct. 1st class at Airways. I'm sure VX will need lots of pilots if they keep getting deliveries.

The classes hr spoke about were tentatively on the books until Jan 2013. There will probably be hiring all through 2013, but hr may not have tentative dates for those yet. They are running at full steam with new hires and interviews, so planning more than several months in advance may be more than they can handle. Besides, in this business planning more than 30 days in advance can get you in trouble. With 180 mandatory retirements for 2013, there will have to be more bodies.

Wondering if the date that applications are submitted are a factor in when people are getting calls? I submitted a couple weeks ago. Met all the req'ts. Thanks.

I keep hearing that Psa and piedmont fo's are getting calls for interviews without having the minimums does anyone know if this is true or not? I was under the impression that if you applied to a major without the mins it would hurt your chances of getting called or hired because they take it as you couldn't read and follow simple directions
