I'm looking at a last-minute trip to the LAS fair on Friday, but I have a question. I assume I'd be in the last 'boarding zone,' due to the late date. I further assume most people there will be queuing up for Airways. I wouldn't get in until 2, and the thing only runs until 5, so is there a good chance of standing in line for 3 hrs and getting zero face-time with anyone? Does anyone have experience with this brand of job fair? I'm only going to see Airways and Atlas.
Thanks!
Thanks!

These question are best for someone who was recently hired:
What does the process look like from application to interview? What can you expect to see on the page as you move along and the time in between changes.
Second question, are the calling for interviews ongoing or periodic? Have they made any calls recently?
