When I talked to the Airbus check Captain at WAI, that's what she said they were looking for, in addition to competitive mins (which I've got to believe you have), in their candidates. Not to say they're not interviewing or hiring those who don't check all those boxes (she really stressed the degree, in fact wanted me to change my resume so that was above my flight hours/experience), but the Airways third-party system of applicant selection is weighted toward those factors, especially numbers 1, 2, 3 and 5.

If someone has full insight on whether this incorrect or not, please chime in, this is just how she described the Airways/Peoplescout "bucket" process.
