I was thinking that, and then I remembered that Delta, among others, doesn't provide a hotel throughout new hire training... Quite sad
I agree, it's total BS to not provide a hotel. My regional provided a hotel.

BUT.. the extra $30,000 you would make first year at Delta vs USair should quite easily cover the difference... Just an observation.

Southwest could provide a type. Continental could've provided health care during the first 6 months. Those two things run way more then a place to stay for a month. You win some. You lose some.
