Look your absolute sharpest. If need be, get a new jacket. It could make your career. IMO, the jacket really makes the uniform... and don't forget the most perfectly polished shoes you've ever seen.
What if your company has no jacket, hats, or ties?

Can you pay 300-500 bucks for an interview suit that you may never wear again?

Any interview suit I purchase needs to have at least a dozen good wearings in it.

You may regret that decision. And if you don't get the job, you may end up beating yourself up about it. If you don't think you will, then I guess it's your money and your choice whether to take the risk. For my interview, it was 110 in Phoenix that day. Everyone wore their jackets. Might I suggest borrowing someone else's? I had to do a little borrowing to get mine in good order.

Good luck with your interview!

Soooo, there is only one person in this forum that has gotten a call? Just checked my online application and next to status is says "Position Filled" This was my application from the window earlier this year. Anybody else see this on theirs or know what it means? To clarify, I understand what 'Position Filled' means, guys. I'm just wondering if they already gave my profile the KOD.

We work for the same company and I'm concerened about this as well. I guess I should worry about getting a call first.

Did you reapply with the current window? If not, maybe you should.

Mine shows 'under review." applied about a week ago.
On another note, I received the automated pilot profile email telling me to apply to the regular US Airways application within 48 hours, but never received an email from that general application. Anyone else get an email for that? Or I guess it might not matter since it does say under review.

Wear a suit. What company are you with? No ties or jackets sounds amazing.
