I submitted back in November, received the "thanks, but no thanks" email, and the system let me resubmit this week.
It says status "under review", but it says application "started on 1/29/2013". When I check the application it looks complete, including work history, the last 5 years of where I have lived and references are included. All from my previous app.
But, I received the email that said I had two days to complete the application, and the system gave me nowhere to re-enter information, so even though it says "started", I hope the application is complete.

Interviewed on 12/19 and got the call about 24 hours later on 12/20. As stated earlier in this thread, the VP of Ops likes to make the calls personally, so a lot will depend on his schedule.

I got the "no thanks" email today. It took three weeks and four days for them to tell me no. It came via email. It does appear the longer you wait the less your chance of getting hired -- based upon the most recent posts and two other guys I know. They were at just over three weeks and the other one was just over four weeks.
Oh well, the gates are starting to open and I am still employed. Good luck to the those interviewing.
