A clearly non-concessionary TA would not require such "encouragement", especially considering the carpet bombing we've already received.

Nope. Just looking at the different polls. Haven't seen one yet that has it passing.
Of course they are unscientific, but arguably a decent cross sample.
Did go over the TA on a long leg a couple of days ago and showed a guy who was in favor of it where his information he processed was suspect.
After another day of q and a and referencing the TA he became an against voter.
