Look Bill, you can't see this objectively in my opinion. It's like trying to discuss whether the Earth is round or flat. You and I will never agree on this...unless you do another complete 180 in one day.

Scope:

More restrictions on Alaska, JV, international codeshare.
Agreement by the company to oppose foreign ownership, and cabotage.

At DCI, less:
Jobs
ASMs, Block Hours
Pilots
Seats

More at Delta mainline of the above same.

DCI capped at 450.
Once the utilization rate of the 450 are maxed out, 100% of growth comes to mainline.
Downside protections in the event of shrinking.
Furlough protection.

Scope is industry leading.

Industry leading pay.

July reserve 73B in SLC paying 80 hours. July pay raise 18.8% over June.

As you know, you need to ask yourself; Is it good "enough" given the quids, not just good?

There you go with the industry leading pay again. Care to show your math and timeline?

Check out the C2012 TA Road Show .pdf on the Section 6 website. By 1/1/2015 we are above everyone.

I don't recall if it was you or someone else that commented something along the lines that the airlines we are compared to, could exceed our rates. True. Good things that happen to other people are not bad for us, unless you've got some psychological problems.

Ah yes, as I suspected. Industry leading 2012 rates in 2015.

Not pay. Still not 2012 industry leading pay in 2015.
We are still way below in soft pay to get even 2012 leading pay in 2015.

The spin stops here.

You might look at those graphs again if you think the rates are industry leading. FedEx, UPS, and SWA beat us in several categories especially for first officers. Of course, you are also assuming they will get ZERO raises by 2015. Lets also overlook items like holiday pay, premium pay for open time, 6 hr per day vacations, higher reserve guarantees. Your w-2 cannot touch those carriers.

I seriously doubt the negotiating team from the union accepted RA's first offer.

But you do make a good point about keeping your bottom line VERY close to your vest. That's why I don't understand the few that keep insisting on publication of the pilot contract survey.

I NEVER want management to know precisely what is the cheapest package they need to deliver to buy a 50%+1 vote.
