Company came wanting something in good times and found DALPA would settle quickly and for little. A YES vote shows DALPA ineffective, passive, naive and conditioned to fail; having learned this the reasonable objective at next "contract negotiation" is to gut and gill DALPA.
This would be my assessment and objective were I wearing a management hat and that is a FACT.

Your assessment of DALPA bring "ineffective" is your opinion. Do yourself favor and come back when you actually have facts.
