US Airways files injunction against USAPA

This is a pathetic airline. Bickering pilots who are working for wages that are well below standard industry. Management that is honestly so inept that it would be laughable- if only they were the cast of a sit com. What is not funny is how this management would spend $10 to screw the pilots out of $5. ( and you guys from the West, don't kid yourselves. Management would do it to you too, unless of course they figure out a way to get you to do it to each other...even better!) You all deserve each other. There is no chance that these problems will ever be resolved.
If there is a merciful God, this airline will implode quickly so that we can all get on with our lives... what is left of it after all of these years.
Airline junkies USAirways is your cautionary tale-
"I caught you knockin'
at my cellar door
I love you, baby,
can I have some more
Ooh, ooh, the damage done"

When this sort of thing happened at American, the fine was around $45M.
As I recall, they paid it with a combination of assessments and concessions.
How can a fledgling independent union pay any court-imposed fine if there is a judgement?

Should that happen, it would seem even if U pilots were to get any pay improvements down the line, they'd now be eaten up paying for USAPA's latest 'bull-in-the-china-shop' move (justified or not).
