If there is a merciful God, this airline will implode quickly so that we can all get on with our lives... what is left of it after all of these years.
Airline junkies USAirways is your cautionary tale-

at my cellar door
I love you, baby,
can I have some more
Ooh, ooh, the damage done"

Ha, yeah, all of his comments have been about US Airways. I think there's something fishy going on here. Haters gonna hate...

When this sort of thing happened at American, the fine was around $45M.
As I recall, they paid it with a combination of assessments and concessions.

How can a fledgling independent union pay any court-imposed fine if there is a judgement?

If there's a monetary fine, perhaps they'll vote to have it only assessed against the westies for tattling to management on them ?

Should that happen, it would seem even if U pilots were to get any pay improvements down the line, they'd now be eaten up paying for USAPA's latest 'bull-in-the-china-shop' move (justified or not).

I don't know if the pun was intended, but it made me grin.
