Management warned the unions that they must agree to new labor deals within one week or the airline will return to court for the fourth time in an attempt to void their contracts.

The big question I have about compass is who is going to fly for it..... From what I understand NW is having a hard time getting furloughees to come back to the mainline.... (much less go to a crappy in house regional) Also was talking to a couple mainline guys yesterday and they were saying that Compass is probably not getting the larger Emb's because of their high dispatch unreliability and mainline will probably end up keeping the 9's around for a bit longer as a result. Also with the E's out of the picture Im guessing that will pretty much leave CRJ 705's as the aircraft of choice if anything does go forward.....
