Incredibly, there are people like you that fight against that goal because you still believe the imaginary difference between regional pilots and mainlines pilots is real and you'll be better off separate.
RAH achieved E135 to A321 rates on ONE seniority list. That is the first step to returning to pay and benefits from a generation ago.

The pilots at Comair did stand up and demand better pay and work rules. You see where that ended up. The issue is that regional pilot groups are contracted. They don't own the flying. If they cost to much they get replaced. The flying needs to go back to where it is owned. No more contract labor.
Now imagine if all other regionals did what the Comair guys did:
-- One,there would be no other low bidder (Rah, TSA etc) because everybody fought for a better and higher contract.
--Two, slowly but surely the contract flying would stop and the mainline airlines would grow, thus creating more mainline gigs. There would be no cost advantage for the mainlines to "farm" out their flying.
**I agree Mainline Alpa/Pilots gave away scope too easily. It will be hard work to regain it. Sometimes decisions need to be thought out 20 steps ahead of the outcome. I am sure with the relief of scope, no one imagined the outcome to be like it is today.

Trip rig
Duty rig
Cx pay
Reassignment pay
Retirement (FAPA current book is 11% annual contribution, 401k match and DC Plan)
What have you actually accomplished if any of these terms are less than status quo?

I am confused Did the Rah pilots' have a pay scale for Airbus before the Frontier buyout or did Frontier pilots' negotiate the Airbus rates and you guys get to take advantage of those rates after the buyout.?
I am asking this because I see only E190/170 rates for the Republic contract and they are pretty low.
Please clarify. The rumor I hear is the Frontier Pilots' negotiated for their Airbus rates pretty recently, yet the Republic pilots' cant even negotiate for new higher rates on their Rjs.

It is not a good thing if the airbus rates are eventually reduced. I fail to see any benefit in adding airbus rates of pay to the chq CBA unless they are higher and include the following...
Trip rig
Duty rig
Cx pay
Reassignment pay
Retirement (FAPA current book is 11% annual contribution, 401k match and DC Plan)
