What year are you using for your data? You're putting out so much bad gouge here.
Aside from waivers that limit ejection seat aircraft, there are no FC1/FC2 differences for an aviator based on what they fly. It is the same standard throughout.
Stuff like what you're posting is exactly why so many people say "I could've been a fighter pilot but... (insert excuse about medical/vision/life here)."

The Navy has long allowed approved laser eye surgery, but it had be 20/20. My nephew did it about a decade ago.
Just a fun fact, there is an AF rubber stamp, “Approved for Non-ejection seat only”.
