Blue Darts are like super internal recs. It will guarantee you the intervew. It does not guarantee you the job. Darts are handed out at random and you only get one. I've seen a guy get one two weeks after OE. I've not seen one.
There were some feathers ruffled early on in this hiring boom. Guys were handing out blue darts and they were getting turned down in the interview or bombing out of training. I think the moral of the story was make sure you recomend pilots with (atleast) the minimum experience so you blue dart isn't wasted.

They are essentially running a class every two weeks for the duration of the year and into next year as well. Unfortunately your phone staring may have to continue.

This was the latest B6 class info posted, (good job btw for those helping out) does anyone know the dates yet for the bottom two classes dates yet?
Also, with the interview coming up tomorrow and the 14th from the Sept 1-10 window, does anyone know what classes are already full and when today and tomorrows interviewees will be offered classes if successful?

Getting way ahead of myself here, but how is seniority determined within a class; age, SS#, numbered poker chips drawn from a hat, flight time?
