Does anyone know what quals they're looking for? There's a mix of us: some with 2k+ pic, some under 1k pic and some of us with no turbine pic time but typed in both of jB's a/c. All of us have at least 4k total and college degrees. We all applied during the Sept. window and waiting for a call. I know there's another "any call" thread, but we're trying to find out what they're looking for. Thanks, in advance, for any info.

If there is one thing I DO know....it's that I have absolutely NO idea what the right mix is!
Does sound like an internal rec is a plus though...I'll let you know if it works in my case...I have 3...but not a peep yet

...interestingly, I thought I only knew 1 person at JB, then it turned out that i had a college alum there and another mil friend. Crazy how you might not talk to someone for 10 years...then find out that they end up where you want to be too. Gotta love the networking in this industry!
A reservist in my sqdn said to get a seniority list (at whatever airline) because you will be amazed at how many old brosefs you might have on the inside. Sounds like good advice to me!!

Yeah, we've got at least 3 internal recs each so hopefully that helps. We think they're still drying up the last pool before they dive into the Sept. app pot. Good luck!
