Any insight into instructor hiring or when they might be scheduled to run those 13 instructors through class?

September 14th interview...just got the email that I'm on to phase 2! Any speculation as to when a class date could be?

As far as phase 2, I have heard that some don't make it through. Has anyone ever heard what it could be? Unless you were hiding something that you didn't disclose (i.e. training failures, DUI's etc.), what are other potential roadblocks?

I think that covers the majority of problems that pop up in the phase II evaluation. As long as you were honest in the prior interview/application process there really isnt anything to worry about. Also, I dont think most people complete the Phase II until you are almost done with sim training.

ATPBen: Congrats and a Wise Choice with JetBlue!
When interviewing with JetBlue or any firm for that matter, a candidate
must be as honest and forthright as possible. Do not attemp to hide skeletons
you may have had in the past such as failing a training event, an arrest that
was subsequently thrown out, credit issues such as bankruptcy. JetBlue does a fine
job of candidate background checks. If you do not come clean during the initial interview,
then you have basicaly jeopardized your application. Hiding examples of the aforementioned shows a lack of integrity.
Good Luck!
