My buddy at JB just told me that they are planning to hire about 175 between now and the end of the year, w/ class dates starting ASAP. Another 300'ish to be hired in 2012. Sounds awesome to me!

I'll buy the 300ish next year, but 175! Even to get them in class by Dec. is a serious stretch. There just isn't room in the school house to put that kind of numbers through in 3 months. Believe me, I'm all for it, but I think it's a stretch. Not tryin to throw your buddy under the bus, but I believe we'd be lucky to see half of that.

Buddy got called on Aug.26 to interview Sept. 14th. He has been to Nov job fair and had app in for four years. I think he got called cause of an internal rec. 'Nother interview class (through the grapevine) is Oct 13th. The Sept. has 56 coming to interview.
