For those 10 Feb folks - (I'm a 1030 interviewee) I emailed Megan White about two weeks ago and asked (in a nice way) what the hold-up was. A buddy of mine interviewed on Jan 26 (two weeks ahead of me) and got a 30 Mar training date. He's already done and in JFK on the 'bus. I was having trouble understanding the comparative delay(!). She said some mumbo jumbo about "needs and requirements changing" and that "best guess" for me was July or August. Hopefully that will still work out . . .

I have to agree with chuck. There were guys that passes phase two in 08 and didn't see class till 2010.

If I knew how to use smilie faces, etc. I would! Megan was great to take some time to answer my silly questions. Being an (almost) retired USAF guy (and clueless on JB's timeline) I'm trying to dovetail terminal leave and a training date without having to make too many changes to my retirement date (if you know some of the AF finance people that are out there, then you know what I'm talking about, smilie face).
I just couldn't figure out why the other guy I know was two weeks ahead of me in the interview process ended up (possibly) 6 months ahead in the training pipeline. A valid question, I think.
Still not sure I understand it completely, but looking forward to starting the next step. And there was no "getting ****ed-off for not being in class", just anxiousness. (is that a word?) (smilie face) I'm still getting compensated well by the gov't while I wait. (big smilie face) Any sense of entitlement that was sensed in the previous entry was just my ignorance/mild frustration of the training allocation process being verbalized. I'm still hoping it will work out. So, apology accepted (smilie face)!

And there was no snearing intended either . . . "mumbo jumbo" is a paraphrase for "I don't speak 'new talent acquisition-ease'." . . . and I don't even own any paties (smilie face) . . .

First off, thank you for serving our country. Second, be careful and watch what you post. Its obvious that that there was no meliciousness intended, but if Megan white or someone else read that they could react. People have been bumped out of phase 2 for less.

Looks like the training dept is switching to mostly E190 classes for the forseeable future. Here is what I found for upcoming classes(all subject to change of course):
Class#/Date/Breakdown
12-11 june15 6 E190 2 A320
13-11 june29 6 E190
14-11 july13 5 E190
15-11 july27 5 E190
16-11 NoDate 4 E190
17-11 NoDate 4 E190
Class 11-11 was supposed to have 2 A320 slots just like 12-11, but on Day 1 there were only 4 E190 slots, so I'm not sure if those A320s will actually happen on June15.

I interviewed on May 3rd at 0230 and I am in Phase 2. Is it normal for GIS to attain your FAA PRIA records twice? I recieved notification of them checking my records on May 16 and again on June 2. Maybe I am just over analyzing it.

It was probably just requested twice by accident. It may not have come as quickly as they expected, so they sent in another request for one. I wouldn't read too much into it. Congrats to all btw.
