I haven't heard of any interview classes in between Feb 10 and May 3rd, which was my interview date. I was notified of the phase II on May 9th. I am by no means the most informed on if there was a class in March or April, I am just happy to move on to phase II.

so far today, 10 bus all JFK. 6 190 with choice of JFK or BOS. Class on the 25th is supposed to have 2 bus and 4 190. Very small class. Rumor from the training dept. Hiring is to be 500 in the next two years. Classes will continue every two weeks for forseable future. Next class should be bigger. Somewhere between 10-20. Not sure how many hard set or breakdown. They still have to get through the afternoon hires on the 9th. Heard different numbers on the pool...40 or more left from the 9th / 10th. 100 or so total (assuming that includes the May 3rd interviews.)
500 in the next 2 years would be great. I know all the hiring has helped a few of my friends become lineholders. Hopefully the hiring/classes continue.

All is quiet on the JetBlue forum, anyone getting calls from the 10 Feb interview date. Any intel on when and if there will be any classes in June? Was holding out for notification for the 25 May class, but its not looking good. As I understand, if you were notified that your phase 2 was completed and now contingent on a class date; you most likely are progged for a class. Post 10Feb interviews may have been placed in a "hiring pool". Looks like 10 Feb guys will be the last folks to train for the first quarter interviews. 10 Feb interview date for me.

Hopefully that will drain the Feb 10th pool and then they will be in the May 3rd pool for fall/winter classes. (as has been reported)
Waiting is hard... Hopefully (and historically) calls might go out this Friday, Monday, and Tuesday for the June 8th class. (so... if anyone gets the call, let us all know and make sure to post interview date/time)
Swimming in the pool, treading water, looking forward to spending hours in a dark room in Orlando staring at a laptop...

Based on the 'local tribal knowledge' of this forum and the others: (and the 'Phase 2 complete' letter) It looks like they are just starting to call the Feb 10th interviewees for class. Also, the May 3rd batch have been notified of Phase 2 and are probably being run through the background check process. (so if you get a wierd number with a South Carolina Prefix... that's probably them) The letter also mentioned, just like a call center, you will be called in the order that you interviewed.... so historically it seems like they are calling 6-10 people per class. That would be 12-20 people for June classes, July classes, and August Classes. (36-60 people)
Hopefully that will drain the Feb 10th pool and then they will be in the May 3rd pool for fall/winter classes. (as has been reported)

I'm sure it's in here somewhere but I have not been able to find it. Are JetBlue pilots able to input a letter of rec online via the company website, or do they give the applicant a hard copy and then you upload it to your profile, or is it both? Thanks for the info.

I don't really remember putting any recommendation letters on my profile directly, but that doesn't mean that you can't.
Hope this helps.

When I applied for the position I received an automated email with a link for current crewmembers to write a recommendation on my behalf. (actually, there were two automated emails... the first was the usual 'thanks for applying' and the second was the instructions for recommendations) You would forward the email to any JetBlue crewmember you know, they click on the link, and then they would get redirected to a place to say glowing things about you.

Hope this helps.
