Are you kidding me? I know some unhappy that say they want to leave but they can't. Are you going to leave? The way that B6 pilots pick up the open time. Which they are entitled. I think you may be wrong. Have you seen how fast open time is picked up? Now reserve pilots can pick up open time too!

Sure it is when they are under staffed and/or cannot cover the open time. Why would they pay time and a half if they have reserves?

This is incorrect. Please be honest on here. If you had a CBA it is correct for the most part but everything can be on the table. They start with a blank piece of paper and you use negotiating capital to negotiate things for the new CBA. Plenty will be gone from what we have now. It does not happen in one CBA....

I have been at two airlines that brought a union on - one regional with an in house and one major with ALPA. You are incorrect in your assertions. Are you basing them on any experience or some kind of fervent belief structure. Grow up and understand the business you are in.
Yes I am basing my on experience. You are telling me that we would negotiate from what we have now? How am I incorrect? Yea that's how it works ? That would be easy huh? Everything would be on the table. Grow up? Really? If guess you know way more than me huh?
