I wanna say last time it opened it was up for about 10days? Give or take. I would expect the window to open again late in the year or fist quarter next year. They are finalizing the numbers for next year, but it looks to be somewhere between 150-200. FWIW. Everyone knows these change as the wind blows.

You will know when it is open as there will be announcements around, especially on this board or amongst your airline brethren.
Once you are in just keep it up to date when you can. I applied once and it sat in their dusty file for nearly two or so years before they looked at it.

Okay, lets keep the CBA and benefits talk here and leave the poolies thread for info for the poolies. I for one would be more passionate about bringing in a union if it was in house. However, I would still vote for ALPA just to get a CBA in house.

This is what happens when you let Bean Counters run any airline...not just Jetblue. Very informative site!
Obviously, we can write off Ernest Kessler because this person is just one person. Everybody I've flown with so far agrees we need an immediate CBA to prevent further B.S. from occurring. Its interesting how the PVC published an email to all pilots today calling B.S. on this. However, they have not stated what they are going to do about it.
You know what I think? I think management is ****ed off with the results of the Retirement Survey that came out at the beginning of the month. The results were astounding, and shows how ****ed off people are getting, and not moving in lockstep with management.
