Heard from my JB friend out of Boston on the 320 who interviewed last September and hired November 15th that the next class now is going to be sometime in the Fall of 2012. Sorry for those of you who have to swim longer.....

All just be patient, I know it is tough to wait. This is a first for JetBlue to have a "pool" so I am sure the communication will improve. Best of luck to all.

Nope. Not really. A lot of guys were in a 'pool' 2 years ago for 5-6 months. I'm sure others have waited longer.

I got the e-mail as well. Oct 14th at 13:30 interview. Looks like we all might wind up going and doing the whiz quiz again, but I can handle that. I'm less likely to develop some sort of dependency issues now that I know where I stand.

Has anybody received anything who interviewed November 14 or 15? No news is good news but have developed an aversion to Fed Ex trucks.

For what it's worth, spoke to a PVC guy today, he said @ 40-60 new hires for the remainder of the year. Congrats to all in the pool....Just have to wait a little bit longer.

To all waiting, sorry to hear the wait is going to be longer than planned. I too am "happy to be here"; however please, please, PLEASE keep your eyes and ears open about the issues on property. This is the best job I've ever had, and yet I strongly believe it needs improvement.
At any rate, we're looking forward to welcoming you all to OSC (the schoolhouse). Newhire training is typically a very positive introduction to your career here. Hopefully it will be sooner than later!

Bumped into a bunch of admin people on the way to JFK the other day. Wednesday's new hire pilot class was 2 E190. I'm not sure of the base.
