There is no captain at JetBlue that would have access to the official numbers. Sandman or Sandoval may have an idea but other than them any CP you flew with is full of sheet. In many of these "alliances" JetBlue makes money on the connection. We fly several routes to hubs where load factors are high while revenue is stable if not low. The route is maintained for the back end.

Just got another email today from the Pilot Recruitment Team. I am officially out of Phase 2 and in a pool awaiting a class date! However, the email states that they are 'properly staffed' and will be throttling back our new-hire class schedule"! No classes after March (unless something unexpected happens)! "It is their sincere hope that they wil be able to offer me a class date in the second half of the year, but they do want to prepare me for a longer 'swim' than any of us planned for." Good news but bad news! Oh well let the drown proofing continue for now! Off to WalMart greetings until they call!!

I got the same email. They offered a point of contact to answer any questions and improve communications between JB and the poolies. Although not the best news, this is a much appreciated class act.

Nov 9th afternoon. Have not heard a thing since making it to phase 2 email. I did not get that letter until 2 and a half weeks after the interview. The same day as the 15th guys. I got lost in the system and it took a current employee I know sending out some emails to find out what happened. But maybe they just grouped the nov 9th afternoon guys with nov 15th folks. Who knows?
