"Latest and Greatest" about jetBlue
#1931
You may or may not agree with anything I say and thats fine. Just know the facts. Don't lecture me about "culture" and cost control when you have no clue how management is awarding itself millions in stock diluting grants. Jetblue leadership has convinced the clear rights that accepting less or not standing up for yourself is somehow preserving culture. Every profitable major airline is unionized. They have learned to work together. Yet if jetblue becomes unionized there goes the airline? It's a pathetic argument from pilots who have failed to read the information in front of them.Educate yourself and then come lecture me.
I see your point and I am insinuating a lack of education if you don't see what is happening. It clear, it's in writing. If you disagree with how to go about it, well, thats your right.

lake Alice, Your horrible attitude is the reason this pilot group is so divided. When I see you and the rest of the ALPA OR DIE guys on bluepilots continue to call our other 1193 JetBlue BROTHERS idiots, it further divids us. For the record I was for the union, ALPA lost the election for us by not addressing certain things, especially the TWA lawsuit outcome, and you know that. Stop being so angry and start educating people as to why they should send in cards and have a CIVIL conversation of why we would be better with ALPA. Too many guys on the OC tried to stuff ALPA down guys throats which is not how to win someone over. Of all the pilot groups I've been apart of in my career, we are the most divided and until we come together the company will always do what they want. Instead of publicly persecuting over half our pilot group, be the bigger man, let it go, and lets bring them in so we can get things moving in the right direction.

I actually wasn't accusing you of anything. I was referring to some of the others on the board. My apologies if it was taken that way.

This is the attitude that lost the election. I'm right you're wrong, and if you see it otherwise you're just an idiot and I won't talk to you anymore. It's about educating people with hard facts not belittling for their lack of knowledge or desire to obtain it.

It was OK for Jetblue to flood you with information but when the JAOC provided you with financial facts pilots looked the other way.
Jetblue told you ALPA lost a lawsuit and was going to have to pay over 500 million in damages. The JAOC wrote CS and told him now monetary award was not given and to retract the statement. He did not. We put this information on our website and emailed the pilots with the truth.
I'm not an ALPA supporter. I'm a CBA supporter. We told the truth. ONLY the truth. Jetblue lied and misinformed day in and day out.
For the record "you" is a generic reference to Jetblue pilots.

After spending years trying to make a difference on committees I quit. You spend half your time fighting with leadership to get something accomplished and half the time trying to educate the pilots on how bad our benefits are compared to our peers. Neither side is willing to listen so we are where we are.

I consider my fellow pilots "brothers" because we are in this together. The fact that you seeing me as just a dude you happen to work at the same company with makes me believe you only care about yourself. As long as I've got mine, screw the rest. Moak killed us when asked about whether or not the JB pilots would be part of an assessment for TWA he said "usually not the case". If he had said no you guys won't be assessed, a lot of fears would have gone away and we would've gotten all those guys who were on the fence. JetBlue didnt tell us this, my own OC members did. That statement was HUGE in our drive. No matter what I say you will find something to counter with because we are idiots. What's funny is many of us are on your side by you are too ignorant to see that. At least we don't wish for something to happen to our pilots so they go on disability. I hope you have nothing to do with the next drive except vote. You are a piece of work, go back to bluepilots or do us a favor and ****ing quit

Any new word on classes or lack thereof? Apparently there is a pool but there are a ton of people who aren't even in the pool yet.
