I was nov 9th afternoon. Not a word since the you made it to phase 2 letter. I wish they would give us some kind of outlook on what is going on. I already turned down one good deal deployment and I am totally lost on weather I should do another one or not. If I got the call for class while on deployment I would have to turn it down, but the deployments are my bread and butter being a part timer.

I was down at the schoolhouse last week. What I heard from very reliable sources was pretty much what the other posters have said. New classes will continue until around the end of April which translates into 60-80 new hires. There will not likely be any new hire classes over the summer and hiring will resume late fall in anticipation for next year. This info comes directly from the people that make the decisions.
In regards to whether or not JetBlue would flush the pool I seriously doubt that would ever happen. It just doesn't coincide with their previous history in these matters. If for some reason you are officially in the pool or just a long time phase 2 guy I would rest easy knowing that you will get the invite eventually. I know the angst of waiting is tough but don't do anything rash. I think you are in a good spot. Hang in there.

Today was 13 weeks since P2 (interviewed Oct 13th). Just got Fedex letter. Sucks! But... good luck to everyone!

Did you have any busts in your background or was it clean? That's what makes me nervous. Guys still getting FedEx letters with clean backgrounds. I just sent an e-mail to HR to update my address. I hope I don't see a letter, but it's better to know about it than have FedEx sticky notes piling up at my old address while I'm still thinking I've got a shot....

Background was clean(live more than 10 years in the US. Working in Part 135 , flying 2 types same time, no DUI, no busted check rides, clean driving record...). But what I think... I've never worked before in Part 121. And my PIC Jet time from foreign Air Force. And by the way I did not get "pool" Email before.

But then had RM (#2 at the company) on the jumpseat last night and I asked him about this and he said No to 65 NH's and told me it would be north of 200 for 2012....just saying
