Don't even say that! :-) All is well .......... end of year is coming and they gonna throttle down for the holidays. Right ?!?! 
Dying to get started, interview now a solid six weeks behind us, I'd love a call just to put me out of my misery. Even if it's a Feb class, just call me!! :-) My background checks were complete about 2 weeks ago according to the gentleman that works there. Guess we just got to keep holding and EFC when the phone rings.

The guy that works where? Do the background check people call all Phase 2'ers or only those that they need additional info from? My phone/email has been very quiet lately....but I figure it's just due to holidays. Of course a nice B6 job offer would be a great gift to unwrap this year!

With in-flight refueling complete, I am prepared to continue 20 mile legs until the phone rings.
Thanks gang, APC is how I keep my sanity throughout this. It's nice talking to people who understand and appreciate what is happening; the wife is supportive but she just can't relate.

Last I heard from GIS, they were just waiting on the PRIA from my current employer. I got the copies for that in the mail before Thanksgiving, so I'm assuming my stuff is complete over there. I'm not expecting a call until about 2 weeks prior to the first Jan class date at the earliest. I'd love an e-mail at least saying I made it through Phase 2, but that's probably not going to happen.
I almost had a heart attack this morning when I saw a FedEx envelope on my door. Turned out it was paperwork for a house we're buying in Orlando.

Turns out GIS is just waiting for my NDR stuff, then they will be done w/ my background check. Fingers x'd for some New Year jB love!!
Was x/c in Austin Sat & Sun. Saw a few B6 departures/arrivals....got me amped up...so I expelled some energy on 6th street! Dizzy Rooster!!
