Ok, I hate to hi-jack the the thread here, but I have a dilemma that I'm seeking some advise on. Feel free to crucify me at will.
I was called for an interview with JetBlue last week and asked the standard questions. I did fail my private pilot check ride 11 years ago so I filled out and sent back the training failure addendum and was called the next day with an invite to the interview. Sadly, I had to turn down the first date and was told I would be in the next round when ever they have them. Which brings me to my dilemma. Last night when I was going through my training records, I realized that I had completely forgot about having to retrain a V1 cut in an FAA observed 135 recurrent check ride a couple of years ago. I don't know how I forgot about it, but I did. Needless to say, I'm a little worried about forgetting to disclose it and the consequences it will have.
A. Does getting an unsat on 1 item, then retraining during the check ride and testing to satisfactory constitute a check ride failure?
B. Will this one item even show up on a PRIA request?
C. What will the people at JetBlue think when I call up and tell them that I forgot about a check ride failure after they have already offered me the interview? I know that honesty is certainly the route I need to take with this, but I'm worried I really just put the nail in my own coffin.
Like I said...feel free to throw me to the wolves here, but any advice would really be appreciated.

They can and likely will call and offer a class date and a CONDITIONAL job offer contingent upon completion of the background checks.

Mod note:
Since the three ongoing jetBlue threads seemed to all discuss the same things...decided to put them all in one.
Executive decision...not sure how to change it back if you guys dont like it.

I moved this question to the already running all encompassing jetBlue thread.
Ill let some others chime in with their actual numbers but I have been told by a few folks that you should likely see mid to high 50s first year and depending on your flica skills can see in the high 80s to low 90s second year. I have heard a few cases of more than that.

You can fly max hrs easily if you want, if you are a line holder. Not sure how long it takes to get one now. Plan on min credit on resv, unless you're schedule works out where they need extra reserves on your day off and you can pick up a resv day.
