Despite my honestly and passing phase 1 today I received the dreaded rejection letter that I was not selected. The one 121 failure is the only blemish in my past, period. Good luck to everyone going forward.

Sorry to hear that man. Try not to take it personally. I can't even buy an interview. (3,000hr+ C-130IP). A few years ago a buddy of mine didn't get hired at Delta when interviewed. Now he flies for FedEx. These things have a way of working themselves out. Best of luck.

They do not give the reason. It will arrive FedEx with a signature required.

Onto Phase 2 myself but those of you saying to disclose speeding ticket, shouldn't you have done that in the packet they sent you before the interview? There was a page that asked about ANY felonies AND misdemeanors and that is where I disclosed my tickets 10 years ago. Just hoping I didn't have to disclose them again, if so I may have to call them to make sure it's not a surprise on their end.

However, now i'm confused a bit....
Questions asked:
Are you still interested in a job w/ jB?
Can u work in the US?
Do u have an ATP?
Do u have a Class I medical?
Do you have a FCC radio permit?
Do u have 1500 TT?
How much turbine (w/ mil conv was ok)
all good so far...btw, HR lady was nice and laughed at one of my cheesy answers!
Next 2 questions are the ones that worry me...
If offered a job, how soon could u start? I said 90 days for mil Palace Chase.
Have u ever failed a checkride. I said yes. USAF IFT program, getting my PPL. Unsat on first attempt w/ DPE. Not on my records that I know of, but Integrity should prevail rt? Told her that I have never failed a checkride since. Spotless (actually very nice) USAF FM942.
She was cool about it and said she would email me a form to detail the bust. To fill it out and email back....and that she would have a pilot review it.
No invite to interview...
Did I just "F" myself??
Do u think they are just checking availability rt now?? CRAP!!! I'm excited and freaked out!

Congrats! I'd just fill out the form truthfully and send it back ASAP. I dont think that would be a big deal.

Thanks. That's what I did. Funny thing...I was waiting for her email...and it never showed. I was sure I just toasted my chances...but found it in my SPAM email. Filled it out and sent it to her. Fingers crossed....she said she would have a pilot look at it and then call me back to continue our chat, if they decide to still consider me. Holding breath now.....
