2. I believe it's 50% match up to 5% for your 401k. JetBlue also offers you the option for a Roth 401k, but they do not match on the Roth option.

Everyone is dead on. I also interviewed yesterday and I left wanting the job more than when I walked in .......... and I REALLY wanted it to begin with. Recruiting team and CP/ACP were great host and went through the tedious chore or answering the same exact questions for 2 days straight. I was told they interviewed around 115 in two days and they were hitting about an 80% acceptance rate up to that point of the interviews. God knows I pray I don't fall in the 20%!! Great experience and super laid back to make sure you are relaxed and your true personality comes out. Good luck to everyone, it was a great batch of candidates I was there with.
