Do you know the difference between a tort case and a criminal investigation?

DPA isn't silent about it. It's on the website's FAQ's. DPA will have a "clean slate" policy regarding scabs. Unfortunately, there's nothing to be done legally about them now. DPA would not have a legal leg to stand on if they tried to block scabs from being members...once ALPA has allowed them to be members at Delta.

What makes you think that ALPA has allowed this EAL scab who wrote a DPA testimonial to be a member? He wasn't on the CAL seniority list when they rejoined ALPA. Those were the only ones who got a clean slate (which I find repugnant). It had no effect, to my knowledge, on the membership opportunities for scabs at other properties at the time like United, NWA, Delta, etc. Am I wrong on that? My friends at United said their scabs remained non-members after CAL came back to ALPA.

Man I hope it doesn't take them 11 years to figure out who did it...I'm sure the National White Collar Crime Center will throw their full weight behind the investigation.

Translation: Everything after this is my latest attempt to deflect with fake outrage
No, that's what YOU are saying. And you've said it over and over again. Nobody at DPA has.
I came from a base whose reps voted against the TA. The documents from my reps came directly to me and were easy for me to review. If you weren't a member of a no voting base, you had to go out and find any documentation that gave you another viewpoint on the TA because you only got the DALPA MEC administration sales job.
I see. You make an accusation, then when you can't back it up, you just redefine the words you use. I know that works in the DALPA echo chamber, but it doesn't in the real world. I've never called you an "extremist" as you specifically alleged.
It's your right to believe what you want. You believe the balance in ALPA's major contingency fund. You wouldn't tell ALPA to "prove it" or ask to be given access to the bank account and get your hands on the MCF cash in order to "prove it." You apparently believe DPA is lying about the number of active cards they have. Again, that's your right to be selective about what you believe.

That would be in this post, using a term you've repeated. "ALPA no matter what".

Here's the point from which you are purposely deflecting: Both criminal and tort cases involve an allegation of wrongdoing. Both take time to investigate. Both take time to adjudicate in a court of law. 76drvr tried to minimize the hacking of DPA's website by his rhetorical of: "How's that FBI investigation going? ." You and many of your ilk tried the exact same tactics with the TWA lawsuit, but the jury didn't buy your ilk's tactic of trying to shame anyone as nuts if you didn't see things your way.
Don't get upset when I point out your tactics. I'm very, very familiar with the political far left tactics of Saul Alinsky. I've been fighting them politically for a very long time. Everytime I see you doing it, I'll be calling you out on it.

ALPA can be very slippery, so the time will be what it will be.

I don't think the TWA allegations against ALPA took 11 years to investigate, but it takes what it takes. Don't forget, ALPA national destroyed data regarding the TWA pilots on almost every computer and server. The only reason the case finally came to fruition is because ALPA missed destroying the data on one laptop. That oversight gave TWA pilots the evidence required to move forward with the lawsuit and eventually get their judgment against ALPA.
ALPA can be very slippery, so the time will be what it will be.

Never heard about this before.
Documented I would then assume?
