Carl I don't believe for a minute you are just a line guy with little inside knowledge. In the L and G thread you use we numerous times in talking about what is going on in the hacking case. In fact in post #143076 you talk about the DPA leadership and use "we" when discussing it.

Why when topics like the vote timing come up all the sudden you have zero knowledge?

I did have another example in the same post. You went from computer hacking to child porn, a bit excessive. So I went to the opposite end of the spectrum.

My main point on that post was that people on both sides have done some pretty stupid things during this debate. The hacking is wrong and should be dealt with. What I am saying is we are all pilots at the same airline and we have to share the cockpit some of us for the next 2o years or more. Wether it is DPA or ALPA this issue needs to come to a vote and we need to move forward as a unified group.

You can make up your personal opinions all day long zoomie. You or I won't be the ones that determines this.

Where did DPA say they know it wasn't intentionally broken? Also, under Federal law you cannot interfere with commerce...even a delay. It's illegal to do so. That's why even something as simple as a denial of service attack is a crime.

Did you hack into your shopping cart to fix your "issues?" If not, you're just spinning and constructing straw men.

You and the other ALPA sycophants just keep ignoring this. Once someone calls to confess to a Federal crime, you cannot just work it out between the two of you without being guilty of conspiring to obstruct justice. If DPA had done what you suggest, they would be in legal jeopardy right now. But because their legal advice has been correct, they're not in jeopardy.

You guys are definitely getting legal advice from ALPA lawyers I see.

I use "we" because I'm a member of DPA. As such, I get all the emails and read the website to stay up to date. That's how I know the latest about the hacking.

I'd be happy and proud to be in a DPA leadership role, but I simply don't have the time in my life to do that justice.

Let's assume for a moment that I'm not an ATL 73 FO who wears glasses has 2 children (one of each) and lives in Fayetteville and occasionally goes to Covenant Pres (missed the youth paintball this week). Let's say you are correct and I am an ALPA sycophant. The only way you could know that was if you had hacked into my APC account or found out my IP address via others means and then used that IP address to match it against a separate IP address to verify who I was and then use personal information obtained from a third source to figure out who you think I am. Is that a crime?

Wow is that embarrassing. So you're saying that's the only way someone could conclude that such an obvious ALPA sycophant as you was an ALPA sycophant? It couldn't be because you do nothing but praise the virtues of ALPA and strictly adhere to ALPA's talking points?

Take your rock solid evidence to the FBI. I'll wait for the indictment.

Some do ALPA work, some don't. I've got no reason to believe zoomie does. He's used good logic and spews little of the kool-aid.

Labeling him as an ALPA sycophant over and over is just making loud noises and alienating people. Can I start referring to you as a DPA sycophant?

Where have I praised the virtues of ALPA? I don't have that many posts. Shouldn't take you long to find another excuse to ignore questions and paint broadly that anyone who asks a question is automatically an ALPA imposter. Ladies and gentleman you be the judge...cyber stalker or cyber bully...Caaaaaaarl Spaaaaaackler!

Refer to me however you think is appropriate. Call em as you see em...that's what I do.

I'm surprised that you think his logic is "sound" in that I must have hacked into his APC account, but whatever.
