I can't imagine Caplinger and the gang making a strategic error.
To dispel all rumors about our resolve, DPA formally declares that we will end our campaign for independent representation upon reaching the successful conclusion of our representation election to be conducted by the National Mediation Board OR upon reaching the final resolution of the TWA Lawsuit against ALPA, whichever comes first!

Yes, the way I read it is they're now relying on ALPA collapsing due to a TWA award settlement. That's how they'll finally succeed.

I would love to talk to just One ALPA Pilot that thinks ALPA is doing a good job........
When ALPA is gone I think most Pilots will see what a joke they really were....
