That is completely wrong. The cameras were installed after many pilot complaints about theft. I don't think that DAL really wanted to put them in, but finally did.

If that's your understanding of that event, I can only imagine how far wrong you are on the other issues facing us.

Just passing along first hand info. Ever notice the timing of the cameras going up coincided with the fake koolaid kronicle? It was publicly justified as to the complaints- in that part you are correct.

What you printed says an actual crime was committed in our lounge. Since the CPO is still employed, I assume he wasn't found guilty? What happened to the pilot you say he framed?

For it to be first hand you'd be involved in the coverup that allowed him to remain CPO after comitting a crime right?

The pilot in question got a couple months off as a result of WS staying late one Saturday night to catch him on camera. What was really nice was how he pushed him to tattle on the other pilots.

Basically the five of you got up on Monday and said lets pick on the ATL CPO? We'll write some potentially "inflammatory" remarks that might be "libelous" and at minimum "defamatory" but because I'm the mod those parts of the TOS don't apply? If the pilot got time off, I'm inclined to believe that no crime was committed yet you say he was framed. If what you say is a true then a crime was committed. Why bring forward your evidence today?

I misspoke in saying the guy in question was framed... he printed out the fake koolaid kronicle and distributed it. He was guilty in that regard. However, the witch hunt to find him was at the very least disappointing.

I doubt it will be even that. During the initial trial, ALPA was barred from presenting evidence of what AMR management would have done if the scope waiver had not been approved by the TWA MEC (all TWA pilots by the way who somehow forgot how they voted).

During the damages trial, this evidence will HAVE to be admitted. Therefore, when AMR management testifies that they would have shut down TWA and transferred their assets in a liquidation, the damages will be shown to be zero.

Notwithstanding that there is no case in the first place, proving damages will be incredibly difficult. You never know with a jury, but the TWA pilots are in a difficult position when this evidence gets to trial. I am guessing legal fees and not much else in a settlement.

No. What actually happened in the real world was that several different posters got on here and said things that may have happened at work may also have happened around the time this pilot was in certain positions. They made vague accusations that this guy may have done something wrong, but didn't actually say he did. I stepped in and said whoa there boyz why are we picking on a guy who has nothing to do with the topic. Maybe I am guilty of defending a guy who isn't here from an anonymous attack in a public forum but then you went one step further by driving the point home that this guy might be dirty. You obviously have a personal issue with him and should probably step back and take a deep breath.

The reason my friends urged me to get off the regular forum was that things here were different. All I've seen so far is that in this thread one makes accusations and they get left out there to fester. You are just an angry guy that happens to also have super powers to edit and delete posts that don't fit your agenda. You act with insider knowledge that none of us has and air potentially dirty laundry to the public. If I wrote that you'd had an incident that you didn't report and gave enough detail to id you - you would have already deleted it. I guess we'll see how quick this forum gets shut down the next time were all sued during the contract battle.
