They are good for us, just like any other jets flying Delta code are.

We CAN fly anything ... and should fly everything.

Nu
Especially the NewCo/Compass E jets that saved your pension at the expense of your juniors. It cuts both ways, Nu.

You should at least know your facts and audience before you speak. The majority of us would have been better off with plan termination. Only the real senior got full pensions and less than half did better than pbgc. That includes Nu, Newknow and most other posters on here.

Yep, only 300 NWA pilots had 25 years when the plan was frozen.

I'm sure that's true. I'm just tired of the one sided sniping and complaining about everything Delta and the constant pining for a bye gone company and contact that had its blemishes and warts just like ours.

Yes you would have been better off with termination. Don't blame the current MEC for that. Blame you old one. Scope has been a failure for both sides, not just one.

Granted NERD, which is why a lot of us (me included) are tired of the just-below-the-surface re-enactment of the SLI thing. Which, btw, depending on the poster is oftentimes factually incorrect and is THE only reason why I bother to raise the BS flag. Otherwise I wouldn't and don't care.

One thing is sure, the "real senior and less than half fNWA guys that did better than pbgc" are in a much better retirement position than 100% of the fDAL guys, no matter how senior....which is why we are all tired of whatever minimally *****ing and moaning remains.

Something I've never understood. How'd Billy Joel end up with a Fro' haircut?

They flushed the Air Wisconsin 50 seater experiment in ATL several years ago, but didn't they just very recently sign on for 70 seaters from someone? I want to say SKYW but I'm not 100% sure on the provider. That and 84 seats in their new TA could mean that while SWA is basking in the glory of their culture and imbibing in erotic fantasies of staples, double secret probation, pay based SLI and the money shot of mandatory reinterviews, SWA managemet has room to nuke them, hard, and blame it on someone else while they're at it.

Something I've always wondered. Did Billy Joel throw that rock anyway after they took the picture?

He had enough money to pay for repairs, after all...
