It's not DPA graffiti. It's a couple of different types that one would have thought in this litigious age pilots would be smart enough not to post on company property when that type of material violates company policy.

Will back DPA 100%... no more 'taking it in the back' from ALPA national.

I am not sure if the staff is growing or not, but after taking a quick look at the consolidated 2007 & 2008 financial reports. The current liabilities for Salaries and vacation pay went from $3,671,679 in 2007 to $6,013,204 in 2008 (approximately a 64% increase). Note, this is not the elected members as they have a separate line item for Members flight pay loss.
A couple of other nuggets from the report:
Defined Contribution Plans
All full-time employees with at least one year of service are eligible for participation in one of the following three deferred savings plans established for each group of employees: management non-bargaining, bargaining professional administrative, and bargaining non-exempt employees. The Association matches employee contributions $2 for each $1 contributed, to a maximum of 10 percent of the covered pre-tax compensation for participating employees.
Postretirement Medical Benefits
The Association provides comprehensive medical and dental health care benefits for retirees and their spouses and dependents.

If they want credibility, they need to tell us who they are.
The founders have no reason to hide.
Remaining anonymous only creates suspicion and hesitation.
For this effort to succeed, a trusted leader is going to be required.
The Delta pilots aren't going to change unions based on a website.

I agree with 80, send in the card and fire at the least a shot across the bow. I agree with Hockey, where's my name going? But sometimes you have to take a risk and its not because I don't like DALPA, I just don't like ALPA.
Quesiton 1, what happens to our current contract and current section 1 if we decertify and form another union?
Question 2, my understanding is that Delta Air Lines is Skyteam. Skyteam is not a company like Delta doling out flying to outsourced carriers, but rather its an alliance that is purely marketing with a Skyteam Central organization that helps manage the marketing. Nobody in that alliance can or at least won't try to find a Delta replacement. I'm going to hedge a bet that there are some contracts there to not allow it.
