Nice Carl, I am staying well within the TOS and arguing counterpoint to you. Just because a totally disagree with you does not mean I cannot moderate. If you have not noticed, I to date have not "moderated" your posts on this thread. The other mods can do that.

This thread should have moved to Union Talk a long time ago, but as with most DAL stuff, I let the other mods do it unless it is a clear violation of the TOS.

Carl;
No I am not trying to weasel anything. I have made my position known, but I am not going actively campaign against a new association (if voted in) during a section six cycle. Even I am not that stupid.

Carl;
I swear you remind me of this Whale Capt that lives near Park Lake in Wisconsin.

I didn't ignore it, I just haven't gotten to it yet. I'm only one guy. Let's review what acl said:

I asked for facts, links, or quotes. Then much to my surprise you posted something honestly:

You are correct that it indeed does not answer the question. Acl claimed APA uses ALPA for negotiating consultations. As you correctly point out, APA's statement only talks about a cooperative relationship with ALPA...just like CAPA.

Still waiting for a fact, link or quote that says APA uses and consults ALPA for their negotiations.

One of the founding airlines of "RJ outsourcing" now believes it was ALPA's fault. Seriously,Wow, way to go Delta Professionals!

I guess none of "Y'all" voted for this?

Carl;
I will. Go talk to your reps and give them direction. Even being Pro DPA you can still direct them.

I talk to a ton of those guys and trust me, their grass is not greener to many of them. The only thing they have is a common enemy because they get kicking in the nuts at every turn.
Oh, I see. You mean that people can only point to successes that you think are successes. Thanks, but I'll pass.

At least you got one thing right.

You gotta love this. This guy accuses me of advocating illegal activity, then says he has better things to do than to prove it. Satchip...you just spoke volumes.

Awesome! A new cliche!
