What are you talking about? You can non-rev jeans, or even in shorts and flip flops on SWA and many other airlines now. I know Delta is now just like Southwest - non-rev dress code is same dress code as paying pax. Although at Southwest we did have that one off line non-rev that dropped his shorts and showed the gal next to him his johnson, but that's a whole nuther story
