Gents, I'm going on ML for July and would like to use my positive bank (45 hours) and up to negative 30 hours of bank to pay for my July paycheck.
Went to the bank, and am confused on how to request the 75 hours of bank (positive+negative).....can someone give me some gouge?

Part of section 12 O.4 is listed below:
4. A pilot may withdraw or borrow from his bank account for the following purposes:
a. to receive additional credit for pay purposes (up to the lesser of the ALV plus five hours or 82 hours) for the current bid period.
After reading this, I would say you should be able to get all your positive bank plus withdraw up to 20 hours of negative bank. I'd try it with that total (10 hours less than you did?) and see if it works. If it doesn't then I'd call the union and see what they have to say.
