They're probably going back to work under their old contract. I'm guessing that they will work under that while the T.A. goes to a vote. If it passes, it will become effective when signed. If it doesn't get voted through, I don't know what happens.

So the management team thought they'd be cute and use the FA's as negotiations fodder by furloughing all of the FA's and now they're gonna eat a poop-sandwhich for doing so. I hope each and every one of the pilots now support the FA's, as the FA's supported the pilots. Not a single FA should return to work without following their contract.

Agreed, lets wait , read, understand, then make a decision.
It is stupid to start throwing people under the bus with out actual knowledge on what's going on. Specially after showing so much unity.

I haven't seen it yet, but my understanding is 18% DOS, pay parity at DOS+3, and not sure what the increase is year 4 & 5. I agree we must look at the document as a whole, and not just the immediate pay raise. I must admit though, this looks like a **** sandwich to me.

Everyones still running high from this week. Lets all take a step back, wait for the info, THEN decide. People who are screaming bloody murder at this point are just being ignorant. We don't have all the information; basically going on very limited bits and pieces. Chill out people!

I've got an Idea:
Lets give up the 4 days off (obviously they are worthless), 401k (who needs 8 %), SCOPE (let the little ones do the job for less), Pref Bid (Screw 3/4 of the sen list), keep the 150% (feed the *****s), then get JB pay+1 (yippee!!!), how will that work?, I didn't think so!!!
Let us wait and then VOTE.
