FYI: guys, Skeds called me stating we have a TA and they are puting together flights for Thursday, "can you do it for us?" I said, no.

We are still on Strike until told otherwise by the MEC.

Awesome job standing strong! Hopefully the TA is worthy of a yes vote. Guess management learned their lesson about continuing to fy through a strike, lol. Thanks for protecting my career guys!

This should be a warning to other airlines management that your not as smart as you think. If the pilots stand together there's no chance of management screwing us. Great job guys!

Remember guys, we ALL have a dog in this fight. Just because we don't fly for Spirit doesn't mean that this contract doesn't mean anything to us. Every pilot group needs to hold the line to up pay standards!

The devil is in the details. First a T/A for the pilots followed by a Back to Work Agreement with NO RETRIBUTION for any Spirit pilot.

As much as I would like to be optimistic about this serving as a warning, I would be more likely to believe that other management teams will look at this as a test to see what tactics worked and what did not. Then adapting their strategy. As much as we learned from this strike, managers learned a lot too. So the next strike may be longer and more sneaky. We need to stay strong and united.
